HOME INSTEAD CHARITY

You may not know that Home Instead has a charity Home Instead Charities UK. It aims to bring happiness and joy into the lives of our ageing population through giving grants to groups all over the UK to fund activities that support well-being or programmes to reduce/and/or prevent isolation and loneliness for older people, like lunch clubs, art clubs and music therapy groups. Home Instead wants a world where ageing adults aren’t just surviving, they are thriving!

Home Instead Charities have already awarded grants to two support groups here in the South Lakes, and I would love them to be able to help more groups in our Community. I am therefore undertaking both a personal challenge and to raise money for this worthwhile cause and have entered the Great North Swim to be held in June this year.
